Shipping policy
Orders are processed between 3-5 business days*. Earthy Surf will contact you if an item is out of stock or if additional information is required.
*Note: Orders placed on a Friday after 11am HST and over the weekend will not start being processed until the following Monday. Our hours of operation are Monday-Friday. We are closed on all major holidays.
US Standard Delivery: Unless otherwise selected, orders are shipped First Class Mail by US Postal Service. Estimated delivery time is 7-10 days depending on location and time of year.
International Delivery: Orders are shipped through DHL. Please allow 14-21 business days.
For Customers in the European Union: Please note that all orders shipping from the United States to the EU may be subject to your country’s VAT and/or customs handling fees upon delivery. These charges are set by your local customs office and are the responsibility of the recipient. We recommend checking your country’s import tax rates before placing an order to avoid surprises.
Shipping costs and fees will be adjusted upon checkout based on the destination of your order.
For your convenience, a tracking number and link will be sent to the email address on your order. Please enter your email address carefully to ensure receipt of key notifications.
Orders will not be refunded for packages that are not accepted by recipient.
Earthy Surf is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are confirmed delivered by tracking. The customer is responsible for any loss or damage of these items.
