What's a Retreat?
Wanderlust (i.e. a strong desire to travel) plus a craving for soulful relationships and lasting memories - these retreats are exactly that.
Our yoga retreats offer space for you to arrive exactly as you are, in every season of life. They are a chance to slow down and connect deeply with yourself and with other like-hearted humans. You'll unlock once-in-a-lifetime experiences and see the world through a completely new lens.
More than a getaway, they are an invitation to grow, heal, and be inspired. Discover moments that spark joy, lasting friendships, and a deeper connection to life itself.
Testimonials
Kayla"I almost talked myself into thinking maybe I didn’t “need” this retreat because life has been good and I’m not burnt out… but it was almost more nourishing to let myself experience this retreat to reveal how much I actually did need it before waiting to reach full burnout or fatigue.
There is always new inspiration to be found if we stay open to the experiences presented to us.”
Julia“I feel lighter, brighter, relief, love, gratitude for this amazing opportunity to heal such a big part of my heart. I am more open, more forgiving, more motivated to look at the bright side of things.”
Kylie“I didn’t expect to make such deep connections with everyone. It’s feels like we are connected through something deeper than friendship, and it made it really hard to part ways.”
Marissa"I wasn’t expecting to connect with ALL the women. Everyone was so sweet, there were no “cliques” just bouncing around, supporting and showing love to everyone. It made my heart full."
Sloan"I didn’t exactly know what to expect - especially as someone who’s usually a bit more reserved at the beginning of group settings. But the way you curated the space made it feel effortless to drop in, open up, and connect. There was something really refreshing about the way we all came together so naturally."
Audrey"My biggest takeaways.... Although my journey is unique, many other women are evolving through the same set of challenges - the biggest being self doubt.
More often I need to be clearing time in my schedule to slow down, recharge and realign with the highest power. Yoga is not one size fits all. It equally pushes mind and body at all experience levels and is FUN!"
Erin"I have not stopped talking about the retreat. It put me in such a good, open headspace that caused a positive ripple effect for the week, (month? year? Time will tell.)"

About your host
Hi, I’m Natalie.
After nearly 8 years of teaching yoga, I’ve learned that the most important part of any class or retreat is how you hold space for people to slow down, connect deeply, and tap into their own power.
I balance grounding slow flows and strong, sweaty vinyasas with nourishing yin yoga. My retreats are designed to be a deep exhale - a space to recharge and an invitation to experience life more fully.
When I’m not teaching, leading retreats, or designing swimwear, you’ll find me with my husband and toddler spending time outdoors, at the beach, and in the ocean every chance we get. I love a good adventure just as much as a 90-minute candlelit yin class.
My intention for every retreat is simple: that you leave feeling deeply rested, renewed, and ready to step back into the world grounded, inspired, and whole.
