Retreat Terms & Conditions

Hosted by Natalie Kraus and Earthy Surf
Siargao, Philippines, June 15–22, 2026 at Punta Punta Siargao

In consideration of accepting this registration, I, the participant, intend to be legally bound and hereby waive and release any and all rights and claims for damages, injury, or loss that I may incur against Natalie Kraus, Earthy Surf, Punta Punta Siargao, and any agents, employees, partners, assistants, or representatives involved in hosting or facilitating this retreat, for any and all injuries or damages to myself or my personal property before, during, or after the retreat.

Assumption of Risk & Participation
By registering for the Earthy Surf Retreat in Siargao, you acknowledge that yoga, fitness activities, surf-related environments, tropical travel, transportation, and general physical movement involve inherent risks. These may include stretching, strengthening, balancing, ocean exposure, uneven terrain, heat, and other forms of physical exertion. You voluntarily choose to participate and understand that it is your responsibility to listen to your body, modify activities as needed, and decline any movement that does not feel right for you.

Health & Personal Responsibility
You confirm that you are physically fit and capable of participating in the retreat’s activities. You agree to communicate any injuries, medical conditions, or limitations to the retreat facilitators. You are responsible for your own safety, hydration, sunscreen use, travel preparation, and personal well-being throughout the retreat. You understand that participation is voluntary and solely at your own risk.

Roommate Policy
If you register with a roommate, you acknowledge that both parties are fully responsible for submitting payments on time. If one party fails to make payments, withdraws, or cancels, the remaining participant is responsible for either covering the full cost of the room or finding a new suitable roommate. Earthy Surf and Natalie Kraus are not responsible for resolving roommate payment issues.

Retreat Payments & Refund Policy
A nonrefundable deposit of $500.00 + $15.00 processing fee is required to secure your spot. The remaining balance is due in two installments: 50% by January 15, 2026, and the final 50% by March 15, 2026. Failure to pay by these deadlines may result in forfeiture of your spot without refund.

No refunds, transfers, or credits will be offered for deposits, partial payments, or full payments, except in the event the retreat is rescheduled or cancelled by the organizers. Earthy Surf and the host reserve the right to change facilitators if needed, and no refunds will be provided for facilitator changes. Natalie Kraus, Earthy Surf, Punta Punta Siargao, and all affiliates are not responsible for any expenses incurred in preparation for the retreat—such as airfare, travel insurance, accommodations, or loss of work—if the retreat is cancelled by either the host or participant.

Liability Release
By attending this retreat, you voluntarily release and hold harmless Natalie Kraus, Earthy Surf, Punta Punta Siargao, its owners, employees, affiliates, and partners from any and all liability related to injury, illness, accident, loss, theft, property damage, or any other occurrence that may arise during or as a result of your participation.

You acknowledge that travel in the Philippines, surf or ocean environments, transportation, and outdoor activities come with additional risks, and you accept full responsibility for your participation.

Travel Requirements & Responsibilities
Participants are fully responsible for securing valid passports, visas (if applicable), vaccinations, travel insurance, transportation arrangements, and any personal documentation required for travel. Failure to meet entry requirements does not qualify for refunds under any circumstances.

Photo & Media Consent
Photos and videos may be taken during the retreat for community and promotional purposes. By attending, you grant Earthy Surf and Natalie Kraus permission to use these images unless you request otherwise in writing before the retreat begins.

Agreement
By checking the box at checkout and completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have thoroughly read, fully understand, and agree to all terms and conditions outlined above. You voluntarily accept all associated risks and responsibilities.
