Returns and Exchanges 

We have a 10-day return policy for store credit only, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

We offer exchanges, given that the requested size, style, and color is in stock and available.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with tags, hygiene labels, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt, order number, or proof of purchase.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that are (1) requested after the 10-day grace period; (2) worn; (3) altered; (4) washed; (5) or damaged in any way. All tags and hygiene labels must be fully attached at the time of return. Item must be returned with original bag and tags. 


To start a return or exchange, please contact us at hello@earthysurf.com with your order number as the subject. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. If the item is not up to our team's standard of being in 'brand new' condition, your request will be refused and sent back. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

*Please note, shipping fees associated with returning the suit (one way) back to Earthy Surf are the responsibility of the customer.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
We do not accept returns for gift cards or items marked as final sale. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
