FAQs

What does the daily schedule look like?

A sample day might look like:

  • Morning movement (yoga, breath work) to wake up the body and nervous system
  • Breakfast together
  • Group surf lesson / session
  • Lunch followed by free time to rest, explore, journal, or just be by the ocean

  • Evening grounding yin yoga
  • Sunset + dinner - sometimes with group conversation, sometimes total downtime

What outcomes or transformations might I expect from attending this retreat?

This retreat is an invitation for space - space we don’t usually have in the busy day-to-day. Intentional time to slow down, reset and unwind. Reconnect with your intuition and self-trust.

While on retreat, you may notice you feel mentally clearer, less overwhelmed, and more energized simply from being immersed in nature and surrounded by supportive women.

Right when you arrive, you step away from any external noise or expectations. There’s space to hear yourself again. Space to reconnect with parts of yourself that may have gotten quiet in everyday life.

You leave feeling more grounded in who you are, more confident, with a deeper trust in your own inner guidance. You’ll also leave with simple, practical tools - movement, breath, and reflection practices that you can bring back into your daily life long after the retreat ends.

It’s hard to say exactly who you’ll be after the retreat, but there’s no doubt you’ll experience a meaningful shift - one that feels embodied, supportive, and lasting.

Do I need to be experienced in yoga or surfing?

Not at all. This retreat is designed for all levels - from complete beginners to seasoned surfers and yogis. The waves this time of year in Siargao are typically smaller yet consistent - perfect for learning or perfecting your cross step. Our surf coaches and yoga teachers create a supportive, encouraging environment so you can learn at your own pace, explore new skills, or simply enjoy moving your body in a beautiful setting. No pressure, just presence.

Is it safe to travel to Siargao?

Yes - Siargao is generally considered a very safe and welcoming island. It’s a well-known destination for travelers, surfers, and wellness retreats, and the local community is incredibly warm and hospitable. Like any international trip, we recommend standard travel awareness: keep your personal belongings secure, follow local guidance, and make sure your travel insurance is up to date. We’ll also provide clear pre-trip info so you feel fully prepared and supported.

Do I need to register with someone?

No, attending a retreat solo is very common - you’ll meet amazing friends! We have a limited number of private/king accommodations available to reserve. Shared accommodations can be booked with a loved one or you can choose to book solo and we will pair you with another guest.

Testimonials

  • "I have not stopped talking about the retreat. It put me in such a good, open headspace that caused a positive ripple effect for the week, (month? year? Time will tell.)"

    Erin
  • "I wasn’t expecting to connect with ALL the women. Everyone was so sweet, there were no “cliques” just bouncing around, supporting and showing love to everyone. It made my heart full."

    Marissa
  • "I didn’t exactly know what to expect - especially as someone who’s usually a bit more reserved at the beginning of group settings. But the way you curated the space made it feel effortless to drop in, open up, and connect. There was something really refreshing about the way we all came together so naturally."

  • My biggest takeaways....

Although my journey is unique, many other women are evolving through the same set of challenges - the biggest being self doubt.

More often I need to be clearing time in my schedule to slow down, recharge and realign with the highest power.

Yoga is not one size fits all. It equally pushes mind and body at all experience levels and is FUN!
