A bucket-list journey for those who crave something deeper.
A sacred, soul-stirring corner of the world. Sri Lanka’s South Coast is where lush land meets warm tropical surf, ancient cultural history, and vibrant landscapes.
Journeying halfway around the world requires a certain kind of tenacity. This retreat is for the woman who brings a sense of wonder, an open heart, and a willingness to step outside the familiar.
Lean into what this island has to reveal to you - there is so much magic to be felt here.
the vibes
Playground & Sisterhood
Your mornings begin with coffee overlooking lush rice paddies before hopping in a tuk-tuk to surf warm waves with your new girlfriends.
Spend your afternoons exploring the laid-back surf town of Ahangama, wandering the historic cobblestones of Galle Fort, or lounging poolside.
Nestled between quiet paddy fields just minutes from the coast, our two minimalist villas hold the nostalgic, joyful magic of one big sleepover - where you’ll share late-night chats, belly laughs, and connections that feel like family.
The Practice & Deep Inner Work
Alongside the play, this week offers a sacred sanctuary to slow down and go inward.
As the sun dips, we’ll gather for golden-hour flows and colorful sunsets over the palm trees, carving out quiet space to dive deep into your meditation and movement practice.
Here, deep inner transformation and lighthearted connection exist side-by-side. You will leave with a renewed spirit, a grounded practice, and bonds that remain long after you return home.

FAQs
Do I need to register with someone?
No, attending a retreat solo is very common - you’ll meet amazing friends! We have a limited number of private accommodations available to reserve. Shared accommodations can be booked with a loved one or you can choose to book solo and we will pair you with another guest.
Do I need to be experienced in yoga?
Not at all. This retreat is designed for all levels - from complete beginners to seasoned yogis. We'll move at a slower pace with plenty of room for stillness. Gentle slow flows and restorative yin practices. No pressure, just presence.
Can they accomodate my dietary restrictions?
This is a fully plant-based retreat. The team is more than willing to accommodate gluten-free, nut-free, and specific allergies with advance notice.
What outcomes or transformations might I expect from attending this retreat?
This retreat is an invitation for space - space we don’t usually have in the busy day-to-day. Intentional time to slow down, reset and unwind. Reconnect with your intuition and self-trust.
While on retreat, you may notice you feel mentally clearer, less overwhelmed, and more energized simply from being immersed in nature and surrounded by supportive women.
Right when you arrive, you step away from any external noise or expectations. There’s space to hear yourself again. Space to reconnect with parts of yourself that may have gotten quiet in everyday life.
You leave feeling more grounded in who you are, more confident, with a deeper trust in your own inner guidance. You’ll also leave with simple, practical tools - movement, breath, and reflection practices that you can bring back into your daily life long after the retreat ends.
It’s hard to say exactly who you’ll be after the retreat, but there’s no doubt you’ll experience a meaningful shift - one that feels embodied, supportive, and lasting.

About your host
Hi, I’m Natalie.
After nearly 8 years of teaching yoga, I’ve learned that the most important part of any class or retreat is how you hold space for people to slow down, connect deeply, and tap into their own power.
I balance grounding slow flows and strong, sweaty vinyasas with nourishing yin yoga. My retreats are designed to be a deep exhale - a space to recharge and an invitation to experience life more fully.
When I’m not teaching, leading retreats, or designing swimwear, you’ll find me with my husband and toddler spending time outdoors, at the beach, and in the ocean every chance we get. I love a good adventure just as much as a 90-minute candlelit yin class.
My intention for every retreat is simple: that you leave feeling deeply rested, renewed, and ready to step back into the world grounded, inspired, and whole.
