My biggest takeaways....

Although my journey is unique, many other women are evolving through the same set of challenges - the biggest being self doubt.

More often I need to be clearing time in my schedule to slow down, recharge and realign with the highest power.

Yoga is not one size fits all. It equally pushes mind and body at all experience levels and is FUN!
