Join us for our monthly yoga gathering - a grounding flow surrounded by nature and community. This class is designed for all levels, blending mindful movement and breath. An opportunity to slow down and give back to yourself.
After practice, we’ll come together to journal, reflect, and connect - a space to explore intentions, share insights, and support one another as we learn and grow together. Maybe make a friend or two along the way ♡

Hand wash cold. Dry in shade. Use a mild soap/detergent if necessary.
Avoid excess sunscreen, tanning lotions, rough surfaces, and chlorine. If you do choose to swim in a chlorinated pool, please rinse with fresh water before and as soon after as possible to avoid fading.
