Join us for a rejuvenating day of movement, connection, and self-care at Kaʻala Vista — a peaceful sanctuary surrounded by nature on the North Shore of Oʻahu. Hosted by Earthy Surf, this women’s wellness retreat is designed to nourish your body, mind, and soul in a stunning natural setting.

Our day together includes an energizing morning workout, post-class refreshments, a revitalizing ice bath, and a wholesome, nourishing lunch. We’ll gather in a sacred women’s circle to connect and share, and end with a deeply grounding restorative yin yoga session to leave you feeling refreshed and aligned.
